I just installed the latest Critical Update for Windows XP SP2, "Microsoft GDI+ Detection Tool". With it, I can officially say that Microsoft has become EULA-happy. This tool has a multi-page license agreement, complete with warnings about invalid product keys and Microsoft JVM legalese. They even make disclosing benchmarks illegal!
